The practice of meeting regularly (monthly/bimonthly) with a trained professional to explore your sacred life journey by reflecting upon all aspects of your life (relationships, spirituality, work, desires, needs, joys, stresses, challenges…)
Self-reflective questions are offered to assist you in exploring where and how God is present in your life, inviting you to grow.
